Sandburg students recognized Alum and Super Bowl Champion Michael Schofield at an all-school assembly. Schofield's jersey was retired and he was entered into Sandburg's Athletic Hall of Fame as part of the assembly.

It is with great excitement that I share that our colleague Bob Nolting has been named Illinois Principals Association high School Principal of the Year for the State of Illinois. This is an outstanding honor for Bob, his team at Andrew, and all of us who work with him here in District 230.
